The propagation makes sure that all the seeds become seedlings, fertilizes and waters them so that they reach the field strong.
The bed making department prepares the soil for receiving the seedlings and seeds. Makes sure that the beds are uniform, clean, ventilated and trampled in order to give the crop the best conditions to create quality goods.
Planting department - responsible for taking care of our seedlings gently, planting them at equal intervals so that they have room to develop.
The irrigation and fertilization department is responsible for giving our crop the exact amount of water and vitamins and nitrogen for each type according to its growing stage.
The weeding department is responsible for plucking all the weeds from the beds carefully and quickly so that our crop receives the good values that the fertilization department brings to it.
Spraying department - responsible for protecting our crops from diseases and pests. By preparing a responsible and accurate spraying program for each type of crop, we make sure that the goods will reach you beautiful and intact.
Scout team - walking around the field 24/6 and making sure that our spraying is indeed active and effective. They report any malfunction in the field to us and with their help we keep our crop clean and healthy.
Harvesting team - makes sure to bring the best quality goods from the field to the packing house while maintaining the different picking principles that each variety requires.
Packhouse - In the packhouse we take care to gently and efficiently sort all the materials that come from the field while maintaining the right temperatures, proper packaging and fast shipping straight to you.
Quality control department - regularly verifies that all departments adhere to the procedures and protocols and conducts weekly trainings for our teams. Quality control is the heart of the business and we are committed to providing you with the highest quality materials.
